  6. Title I PlanNeeds Assessment • Does the program address the priorities identified in the needs assessment? • Is there evidence that an effective supplemental program of instruction is taking place?

  7. Selection of Students Wake County provides a student selection process as outlined in the Title I Procedural Notebook.

Eligible Student, Served Eligible Student, Not Served • Collaboration looks like…. • Who • Intervention teachers • Classroom teachers • Specialists who are responsible for student’s learning throughout the day (ESL, special education, others) • Format • Formal or informal meetings, one-on-one meetings, grade level meetings • Timeline • Monthly – first collaboration meeting should be a formal meeting to establish an eligibility list of served students • Documentation • Minutes.   13. Fulcrum Data System • Directly linked to Wake County Public School System’s mainframe • Tracks Assessment Data • End of Grade scores are automatically dropped into the system • 3 Levels of Access • Teacher • Principal • Central Office Staff
