So how does that fit with coaching? • Role may have time constraints • Time management identified as an issue by coach or coachee. • Ask them to complete the time management tool, acknowledging this will take additional time. • Introduce at an appropriate time – rapport/trust built • Important coach isn’t critical

  6. Possible questions • What obstacles do you have to overcome regarding time management? • What could you do to change things? • To what extent can you influence how your time is managed? • How do you prioritise your work load? • Does the coach identify that there is a problem? • Did they experience any light bulb moments?
