HR Business Represent the College’s/Support Function’s interests in discussions on HR issues at University level Provide generalist HR advice, information and support to College/Support Function Management in compliance with UCC procedures and legislative requirements Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures at College/Support Function level Provide the main HR interface between the College/Support Function and the University Human Resources central office and proactively manage consistency in the development of HR policy, processes and systems
