  5. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS PART 1 • You are in Teams of 4 or 5 • There is a reason you are sitting in this position. • You will review various scenarios and discuss with your team your decisions you take with each scenario. • Each scenario will then be discussed by the entire classroom.

INITIATIVE PART 1 • Each Team will choose 1 of the following occupations or predicaments and discuss the possible solutions and/or problems read. • You will then Present your Team’s Opinion on the Problem/Solution to the Class • Try to be Reasonable---it’s easy to be a Monday Morning Quarterback after Sunday’s Game.

  13. TIME MANAGEMENT • Of course if People Procrastinate…nothing gets done no matter how interpersonally wonderful you are, how incredibly innovative your team’s idea is, or even if you have the initiative to leap tall buildings with a single bound!

Conclusion • So now that you have your score for time management, discover ways to relieve your stress by managing your time more wisely. • Make a to-do list • Prioritize tasks • Delegate whenever possible • Ask your STEM facilitator for advice. • Don’t wait for the last minute!   18. Work Ethic as a Grade • You will earn 2 Work Ethic (WE) Summative grades each six weeks. • One at the 3 week point • One at the end of the six weeks • The rubric will be used by all facilitators to score your WE.
