What is BPOS?Apakah BPOS itu? • BPOS = (Microsoft) Business Productivity Online Suite (Service) • adalah sebuah layanan online Microsoft, yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan/organisasi untuk melakukan kolaborasi data (file documents, tasks, calendar, dsb) • is a Microsoft online service, which can use by corps/organization to collaborates their data (file documents, tasks, calendar, dsb)

Why BPOS?Mengapa harus BPOS? • BPOS adalah jawaban untuk kolaborasi atau bisa juga digunakan sebagai pemusatan penyimpanan data, sehingga dapat digunakan secara bersama secara online dengan mudah • BPOS is the answer for collaborate data or we can use it as online nested data centre, so we can shared our data as online data in easy way

  4. BPOS AdvantagedKeuntungan/Kelebihan BPOS • Mudah digunakan Easy to use • Tidak membutuhkan biaya yang tinggi jika dibanding harus mengadakan sebuah pusat data/data centre local dan pendukungnya. No need high cost if we should provide local data centre including its life support. • Aman, karena keamanan data dijamin oleh Microsoft, baik secara keamanan system ataupun back-up data. Semua BPOS folders dibackup oleh mereka secara terjadwal. Safety, data security is warranty by Microsoft, for security system and back-up data. All BPOS folders are backed up regularly by them. • Bisa di akses dimana pun, sepanjang ada koneksi internet It can be access anywhere as long as internet connection available

  5. Coffey’s BPOS NAME CHANGEDBPOS Coffey BERGANTI NAMA • Now Coffey’s BPOS named as Coffey Project Portal Sekarang BPOS milik Coffey dinamakan Coffey Project Portal All projects managed by Coffey nested in this project portal Semua project yang di manage oleh Coffey dipusatkan di Project Portal

AIPMNH’s BPOS site project • AIPMNH BPOS site project is sub-site from Coffey’s Project portal (http://bpos.aipmnh.org) AIPMNH BPOS site project adalah sub-site dari Coffey Project Portal (http://bpos.aipmnh.org) • AIPMNH BPOS is now our virtual server, for sharing folder service. AIPMNH BPOS sekarang adalah server virtual kita, untuk layanan folder bersama. • This is where all project documents for Phase II should be stored from now on Mulai dari sekarang, disinilah semua dokumen project untuk Fase II akan disimpan.

  7. AIPMNH’s BPOS site project • All Phase I documents will be placed on a disc and sent to Coffey in Adelaide. Coffey will upload the files as it is much quicker from there. Semua dokumen dari Fase I akan dikemas dalam sebuah disc and dikirim ke Coffey di Adelaide. Coffey akan meng-upload file tersebut, karena lebih cepat dilakukan dari sana. • Folders have restricted access, i.e. many folders are “read only’ Folder folder tersebut memiliki akses yang dibatasi. Sebagai contoh banyak folder yang sifatnya adalah “read-only” (hanya dapat dibaca)

Activate BPOS account Aktivasi akun BPOS • Jalankan Internet Explorer browser anda Run your internet Explorer browser • Ketikan alamat ini / type this address: https://home.microsoftonline.com/login.aspx Anda bisa copy paste link tsb dari email yang akan kami kirimkan You can copy and paste the link from an email that we will provide for you

Activate BPOS account Aktivasi akun BPOS Standard username : <staff name>@coffeyserv.apac.microsoftonline.com Example / contoh : Chris_Rubino@coffeyserv.apac.microsoftonline.com Standard password rules / aturan baku password : • At least 8 characters long / sedikitnya terdiri dari 8 karakter • Should be alpha-numeric / harus berupa angka dan huruf • Should have at least 1 capital / harus memiliki sedikitnya 1 huruf besar Example/ Contoh: Superman2011
