MPOWER BUSINESSES COMMITT TO: • Providing Sustain Dane with 3 years of utility data • Participation of entire Mpower Team in at least 2 meetings with Sustain Dane staff • Holding Mpower Team meetings regularly • Attendance of 2 or more Team members at monthly Lunch and Learn events • Meeting with advisors and consultants provided by the program at no cost • Update resource use (electricity, gas, water) in Energy Stewards Web Platform • Implementing 5 Mpower Projects

  14. ZDA, INC • Used Kill-A-Watt to baseline office electricity use • Increased knowledge led to behavior change • ZDA saw their lowest energy bill in 3 years this July

  15. EZ OFFICE PRODUCTS • Installed an employee garden: spring 2012 • Employees and relatives volunteered time and donated materials • Bonding process built camaraderie

  16. ISTHMUS ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING • Sold 250 LED light bulbs to employees ($10 to benefit local high school engineers club) • CO2 emission reduction of 25 tons • Greater impact (and less $) than 10 kW solar PV system

  17. DESIGNCRAFT ADVERTISING • Tracked when employees biked, carpooled, or bused to work • Rewarded miles with money to be used at local bike shop • Engaged employees, decrease company’s carbon footprint
