  1. Bicycle Safety Be aware of your surroundings. Obey all traffic rules, signs, and speed limits. It’s the law! Use safety gear (helmet, headlamp, reflective devices). Ensure bikes are not parked by fire hydrants, alarm boxes, extinguishers or rescue boxes, in corridors, stairwells, doorways, or any other place that would interfere with access to or from buildings.
