Certification To be awarded  an autonomous certificate in POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT [PGCSHRM] by The Strategy Academy Centre for Advanced Studies [TSACAS], subject to candidates meeting the following requirements: • Minimum CGPA: 4.0 [B MINUS], • Maximum F: 2 • Attendance and Class Participation : • Minimum 75% in the live digital classes [additional term papers to be written to make up the shortfall against the minimum required [i.e. 75%] subject to the limit of maximum shortfall set thereof]
