  1. Sepam series 10 Proprietary current sensors CRa, CRb, CSa, CSB

  2. Use of RM6/SFset proprietary sensors CRa, CRb, CSa CSb • RM6 and SFset use specific current sensors initially developed to be used with VIP range relays. • CRa : 200A/1A rated for RM6 • CRb : 1250A/1A rated for RM6 • CSa : 200A/1A rated for SFset • CSb : 1250A/1A rated for SFset • As they were developed for VIP range only, these sensors were not classified in accordance to the standards : they don't have any classification like 5P20 for IEC or C20/C50. • These sensors can be used with Sepam series 10 with some restrictions

  3. Measured Current Linear region ISC Use of RM6/SFset proprietary sensors CRa, CRb, CSa CSb • CT behavior • CT has a linear region where secondary current is the exact image of primary current • Above this region, CT will saturate and become non linear • CT must only be used in the linear region

  4. Use of RM6/SFset proprietary sensors CRa, CRb, CSa CSb • Condition of use with Sepam series 10 :
