Training Strategy - Elements • Three elements need to be taken into account when developing a training strategy for industriAll and their affiliates: • Actors: • who delivers or should deliver training to EWC’s and RB’s? • Content: • What content is needed in order to strengthen information and consultation rights in EWC’s/RB’s? In practice different needs are expressed in EWC’s that frequently organize training and those who are just starting to do this. The same can be said for individual EWC-members who can either be experienced or not. • How can we use training as a tool to bring in our trade union agenda concerning certain topics (f.ex. Reach,…)? • Division of tasks: • who does what?! Ralf Götz EBR/SE- Team IG Metall Vorstand
