  3. What was the the main issue with the Catholic Church? • He wanted to get rid of sexual abuse.

  4. What did they so to fix what they saw as being wrong about the church? The Jesuits society was created in 1534 by a group of Morrano Jews. (Map showing important Ignatian sites.)

  5. Do they directly affect any modern religious group? • Ignatius of Loyola- Catholic Church.

  6. How do they say worship ought to be? • They were to worship Jesus, and that the Pope was always right.

  7. Interesting Facts.. • At age 33, he joined a class of young children so he could earn the language of Latin. • He sometimes cried with so much devotion at Mass that he couldn’t continue and feared he’d lose his eyesight.
