  2. Overview Aims • To introduce the AQuA Dementia Challenge • To provide latest improvement audit data against the targets we have set • To update members on the full range of AQuA dementia related workstreams & products that are available to members NHS Q.I.

  5. Total of 14 Organisations • 28 Wards audited • 124 patients/carers input • 24 scored questions • Maximum achievable score of 240 • Scores ranging from 90 to 200 NHS Q.I.

  12. Training The number of wards that passed with 100% training of all staff remained the same at 4, however due to an increased sample size the pass rate has dropped by 2%. It should be noted that the total number of staff as a whole that has had dementia specific training has improved by 13%. NHS Q.I.
