Ivey Groves Preliminary Subdivision Plan Condition of Approval # 14 Prior to construction plan approval, the developer shall enter into a mutually satisfactory Drainage Easement Relocation Agreement with the County for the relocation of the existing drainage facilities and termination of the original drainage easement for the existing drainage facilities.

Ivey Groves Preliminary Subdivision Plan Condition of Approval # 15 The boat ramp depicted on the PSP indicates the site of a proposed boat ramp facility at Tract G on South Lake.  However, a boat ramp facility is not approved as part of the PSP, but is subject to a separate permitting process under Article XV, Chapter 15, Orange County Code, including a public hearing where it can be considered by the Board.  Depiction of the boat ramp facility on the PSP shall not be construed or interpreted as meaning that the boat ramp facility will receive favorable consideration at the future process and public hearing, or that it will be approved at the subsequent public hearing.
