Workface Planning Works! • 2 projects, both ~$200 MM each, same Owner, same EPCM, same type of project, different cities • Workface Planning scorecard: One high, other low. • Project with high score had at least 50% better productivity, better schedule predictability and performance. • Interviews: “Workface Planning made the difference.”

Owner Commitment • Shell Canada (Bechtel/Bantrel): Using COAA model for AOSP Upgrader Expansion, have appointed Workface Planning Champion, writing into contracts • Petro-Canada (Bantrel/Jacobs): Using COAA model for RCP Project • Suncor (Flint/Ledcor/Colt/Bantrel/Jacobs): Using COAA Model for Genesis Project and all work done by Flint and Ledcor.
