Professional Medical Representatives for Effective Product Promotion

Sopharma Trading aims to create a division of professionals who will effectively present and promote the company's products before doctors and pharmacists. They will also provide high-quality services to partners and maintain an up-to-date database of doctors in Bulgaria. The medical representatives will be responsible for planning and conducting visits, participating in specialized events, maintaining good relations, monitoring sales volume, and reporting their activities to the company management.

Sopharma Trading goal • To create a Division of professionals, who will present and promote effectively the Company products before doctors and pharmacists; • To broaden the package of high-quality services, offered to current and potential partners; • Full market coverage – pharmacists and doctors; • To maintain an up to date database, containing the full list with the doctors in Bulgaria

Medical representatives obligations are • To plan, organize and conduct visits to doctors and pharmacists; • To organize and participate in specialized medical and pharmaceutical events; • To create and maintain good relations with doctors and pharmacists; • To watch closely the sales volume in the region, as to cooperate in the overall sales increase as well; • To be aware of the competitive products, to watch their activities and to submit information; • To report about the work that has been done during the past period before the Management of the Company.

Activity Planning aimed for the Medical Representatives • Number of visits – 12 doctors and 3 pharmaciesper day, for each medical representative – 1920 doctorsand 480 pharmacies for one month for the whole Medical team; • Four cycles, three months each; • Targeting the doctors by products and regions; • Key messages for each month and for each product; • Promotional materials; • Report forms;
