  4. All Districts Do It • Required by Florida Statute 1002.33 • Not All Do It the Same Charter Compliance

Sponsor duties— (summary) • The sponsor shall monitor and review the charter school in its progress toward the goals established in the charter. • The sponsor shall monitor the revenues and expenditures of the charter school and perform duties provided in s. 1002.345. • The sponsor is also charged with monitoring health/safetyandcompliance of the charter with state statutes and its negotiated contract.
