  2. Learning Intentions • How do leaders create/support the conditions for change? • Create an Inquiry Question or identify something for further exploration

  3. Quick Write Choose a quotation or two from the list that connects to the question, “How do leaders create/support the conditions for change?” Take five minutes to write about what this means to you. Consider: • Your ideas & experiences • Your school setting • Your communities beyond schools

  4. Round Table Share: Guidelines • Each person in your group has two minutes to share • Everyone must have a chance to speak • Listeners’ job is to listen actively; not to interrupt, ask questions, or give advice • Unsolicited advice feels like criticism
