Terms of Reference – Review existing principles • Purpose and Objectives (A collective cross industry working group) • Collectively establish & execute activities to correct the current Unregistered/Shipperless datasets recorded within the central systems; • Identify the root causes & fix the process deficiencies; • Review the outcome of ‘Project Delta’ field visits & agree next steps, inclusive of Unregistered/Shipperless sites that are not recorded on central systems. • Scope • This working group has been established to address the 3 objectives utilising Licence, UNC and non-UNC instruments as appropriate • Composition • The working group has been designed to be an open Industry forum. It is the intention that representatives from Gas Distribution Networks and Suppliers as a minimum would be in attendance.

Proactive data cleansing - Orphaned • Report to identify potential duplicates from ‘Orphaned’ pot • Using ‘Fuzzy match’ principles • Matched MSN and address (in line with DUP procedure) • In total 6,409 MPR’s with asset attached • 147 ~ High confidence of duplicate (backed by manual checks) • 18 ~ Possible; raise internal DUP • 6244 ~ Not duplicates • Options to progress high confidence duplicates • Set to ‘EX’ • Request sample Site Visits
