  8. Look it up & Collaborate! Within the PODS we make extensive use of Google Drive for sharing, GroupMe or Slack for Collaboration and Group Discussions

Encourage Students to Load Presentations Wirelessly Teams 8 Time to walk to front of the room 1-2 minutes Time to pull up or load a presentation 2-3 minutes Downtime in class 32-40 minutes Total Class time 100 minutes I use Google Drive for teams to upload prior to each class and presentations are loaded to desktop by me prior to class start

  10. what they suggest (and I agree) • Use side screens for pop-ups to compliment primary presentations • Improve compatibility / More Apple friendly • Better audio & lighting controller • Ability to share content wirelessly (Airplay) • Open access to APPs (blocked by NEU firewall) • Smart Boards, fully integrated PODs – clickers and keyboards

  11. Allow Wireless Mobile Device Access Ultimately: I would like to allow wireless access to remote panels – provide keyboards and clickers at each pod
