  2. Monday Exec Meeting-Hilton Head • Tampa meeting ran a 30K surplus-need to review future fees/financials • Joint Standards Board Meeting Thurs, 7-8pm • Thurs Aft-PatCom • Friday-am/pm--RevCom/NesCom • Saturday- SAB Meeting Stuart J. Kerry, Philips Semiconductors, Inc.

  3. Monday Exec Meeting-Hilton Head • Rules change for 802 dissemination of standards passed SEC letter ballot • Rules change on membership definition failed • Contractors hired to install an 802 all wireless network Stuart J. Kerry, Philips Semiconductors, Inc.

Monday Exec Meeting-Hilton Head • Meeting with Jessie Walker to see if differences in free standards methods are irreconcilable-issue is mandatory corporate sponsorship • Meetings are getting too large-do we split the groups • Motion passed to move closing SEC meeting to Friday morning beginning July Stuart J. Monday Exec Meeting-Hilton Head • Concept of 5GSG Partnership function not unlike 3G Introduced to the Exec to facilitate creating a “gold” standard at 5 gig worldwide. • Bob O’Hara will be nominated as the SEC Recording Secretary to replace Howard Frazier Stuart J. Kerry, Philips Semiconductors, Inc.
