Vocabulary. Presented by: Jennifer Del-Castillo and Amanda Johnson. What’s the Point???. Research has found that the correct use of vocabulary will help students on the SOL test…Basically, they have trouble with the questions because they don’t truly understand what the question is asking!.

  8. Math Raps and Songs Give students a couple of the vocabulary words and have them come up with a rap or song that gives the definition. You can have the students put it to music and perform it for the class. Great way to include the music exploratory classes.
