  1. How Should You Bet on College Football? If you are thinking about college football betting, you have two options. First, you may bet on the high profile games that everyone will be watching, talking about and may be betting on. Else you may bet on games that are less popular which involve less popular teams and are off the public radar. If you are a college handicapper you may benefit in the following ways: Try Betting Public Games When the volume is high in sports betting, it means that line is more likely to be accurate. Without proper preparation, it may be very difficult to assess how strong the line is. If the game is a public one, you may be reasonably sure that line has been adjusted to a sound level. It means that you may not get a great win. But it also means that you are less likely to be caught on the wrong side. Betting an Underdog If a game is heavily hyped and people are expecting that a particular team will win then you may expect a lot of betting activity on that

A game with Less Public Action Less public action means that lines are moving slower and you stand a better chance to get a value-packed price. When the betting volumes are lower, the books are not going to as quickly as they have less at stake. It may be possible for starters to get the line before the value has disappeared. When the information is harder to find, you may form an opinion that is valuable. In high profile games, most of the details are well known to everyone. So if the players get hurt and the coach makes a significant change, the line reacts to it rather quickly. But in a lower profile game lines takes a lot of time to adjust. It also means that you may get a more advantageous price. Make Less Noise The worst thing that may happen to you is that you have made a bet after a lot of thought and then something happens to which causes you to second guess themselves. Finally In college football betting, you may choose a high or a low profile game and see what works best for you.
