  17. Charley Graves’s E-ColorsChampions Commitment of the Champion on what they will do differently between now and next coaching session “I’m going to work safer and take care of my partners. I will also ensure that people are understanding all the same things. Also give people a chance to ask the questions and give me feedback” “I will put more effort in taking accountability. On behalf of team lead, I will listen to my team member’s feedback, and understand them” Kamolpan (Head Roustabout) Chaiyut (Roustabout) “I will learn to “listen” to other people instead of talking/telling. I’ll try to calm down and empower my strength by helping more people when they present problems or need more information ” “I will speak up & give feedback to the team more often. I will not take risks and always exercise SWA/TOFS whenever I feel unsure or don’t have enough information” Mad Suden (Floorman ) Watcharin (Electrician)

  18. Charley Graves’s E-ColorsChampions Commitment of the Champion on what they will do differently between now and next coaching session “I will have more consciousness about realizing my potential limiters, and respond properly at work. And I’ll be more patient during the task” Manop (Derrickman) Katawoot (Volunteer) (Schlumberger Wireline ) “The first thing I will start within me is managing my potential limiters; for example, speak up for giving inputs, effective planning with in appropriate time frame – not taking times too long. As I understand more about people by using E-Colors. I’ll apply this knowledge into SWA & communicating with my team”

  19. Charley Graves’s E-ColorsChampions Commitment of the Champion on what they will do differently between now and next coaching session “I know myself better as well as my team, so I could find the proper way to communicate with them. I will be more focused on my words – not using words that could hurt some people and try to get the job done effectively and safely” Kasem (Assistant Driller) Sawian (Mechanic) “I’m now realizing my strength & potential limiters. And to manage my limiters, I will control my temper if problems occur and slow down myself. I will put my effort in improving my communication with people”. “I learned a lot of good things from the JSA pocket book given, it helps me understand my team. I will adapt & improve myself to engage with people as a good team. Siripong (Lead Roustabout)

  20. Charley Graves’s E-ColorsChampions Commitment of the Champion on what they will do differently between now and next coaching session “I’ will pass on the good messages received about leadership, E-Colors, etc to my partners and my family. I will take time to think before planning, responding and working” Saranyu (Roustabout) “ I think E-Colors could help us to delegate people to the right task. I understand that different people could have different potential limiters; therefore, I will not forcing people to do things but helping them to understand the job better, and find the right people to do the task ” Panumart (Shakerman)
