Phase 1 - Update • Phase 1 – functionally compliant with the ACA • COMPLETED • October 1, 2013 – Online Applications, combined MA/ Peachcare portal via COMPASS • December 1, 2013 – updated SUCCESS to use MAGI rules for Medicaid enrollment dates starting 1/1/14 • January 1, 2014 – updated VIDA to begin using MAGI rules for Peachcare (CHIP) enrollment dates starting 1/1/14; updated COMPASS (FPL and application questions) and added online Notices to customer self service • April 1, 2014– Implementation of new CHIP renewal process • May 17, 2014 - Implementation of new Medicaid (MAGI) renewal process

Phase 2  IES Contract signed on May 30th with Deloitte Consulting Replacing: COMPASS SUCCESS CRS (Client Registration System) VIDA (Peachcare for KIDS) Key Components Customer centric self serve web portal Master Person Index – constituent database for nine programs Rules Based Engine – eligibility rules for seven programs Business Services Deloitte’s “NextGen” platform Integrated Eligibility System
