NUMBER OF OFFICIALS PARTICIPATED IN VARIOUS CAPSULES CONDUCTED BY TE’s • It is observed from the graph: • Across all training entities maximum training has happened in Capsule 1. • It also points out the disparity in the quantity of training between 2016-2017 period and 2017-2018. • AIILSG shows highest participation. Considerable training has happened in all capsules and ER as compared to other states. • Maximum chunk of training during 2016-2017 has been in Capsule 1. • WRI shows equal participation in all the three capsules and elected representatives during 2016-2017. • ASCI has only trained participants in Capsule 1 during 2016-2017 and only in Capsule 2 during 2017-2018. • 38% of the training entities have conducted all the three capsules and ER within one financial year (either 2016-2017 or 2017-2018). • RCUES HYD has trained maximum number of elected representatives within one year, i.e. 2016-2017

NUMBER OF OFFICIALS PARTICIPATED IN VARIOUS CAPSULES FROM VARIOUS STATES • Maximum over all participation of officials from Maharashtra in the first financial year followed by Karnataka. • There is a drastic fall in the participation in all states during 2017-2018 • 5 out of 27 participating states and union territories did not go for any training during 2017-2018 year while 7 of the participating states and union territories did not train during 2016-2017. • Andhra Pradesh has trained maximum elected representatives within one financial year (2016-2017) while West Bengal has trained maximum of them during the two year period. • 9 out of 27 states did not participate in Capsule 3 even once during the two year period. .

  8. TOTAL PARTICIPATION ACROSS CAPSULES FROM STATES 25884 . Total number of officials trained from various States over the period of two years in comparison to the target set by states as per SAP 2017-2010 • From the graph it is seen that • Maharashtra has trained maximum officials followed by Karnataka • On the other side, Bihar has trained only 29 officials in two years • Bihar, Delhi, Goa, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Nagaland and Pondicherry have trained less than 100 officials during the two year period.
