Who are we? • FOUNDATION66 is one of the largest alcohol-focused substance misuse services in Britain, supporting over 6,500 people in the London area • FOUNDATION66 provides a range of integrated services in 18 London boroughs, supporting those affected by alcohol and drug misuse from outreach right through to rehabilitation

  4. What do we do? – Our Services Community Services Floating Support Residential Care Housing Foundation66 Training and Development Specialist

  5. What does Laura do? • Housing in Lewisham – over 50 units/ rooms both self-contained and shared accommodation with different ‘recovery’ stages, including wet scheme • Floating Support in Lewisham – 45 clients who have their own tenancy agreements, with other RSLs, Council, PR etc

  6. London Councils and F66 • Housing Options – funded by London Councils, the service supports clients to uncover housing options specific to their needs and supports them to follow through on the decisions they make. • Choice!

Best Practice – The Integrated Approach, a Web or Net of Support Needs assessment Referral into a Service strand Support planning and risk assessment CLIENT Needs and goals Other services – e.g. from housing, referral to training and development External services – e.g. from direct access into detox/ housing into training and education Feedback and learning
