  7. The Main Education (4-5 Yrs) • Start: < 4 year after Candidate graduation • Highly specialized University Department (2/3 yrs) • Specialized Regional Department (2/3 yrs) • Focused stay (1-3 months). Specific competences • Generel courses (National/regional) • Specific courses

  8. ”Supply and Demand” • Of Doctors?? • Of Specialists?? • DK: 3.6 Doctors per 1000 inhabitants • Swe: 3.5 ”--------” • Nor: 3.4 ”--------” • OECD: 3.0 ”--------” Are doctors doing the the job which is demanded??? (Patient contact?, Administration? Etc)
