The Endowment • Completed and exceeded the Endowment Challenge • Over $550,000 in gifts unlocked $500,000 match • Some gifts are multi-year pledges • Endowment = $3.8m, without further gifts/growth • 25th alumni reunion – final piece to secure 1 gift • 16 gifts, with 12 being the largest gift from the donor • Blended gifts: • A $300,000 pledge, with 45% to Endowment

  3. The Laker Fund (Annual Giving) • Closed December 8% greater than last year • Giving Tuesday = -$15,000 • A $250,000 gift

  4. Spring Auction • Director of Advancement, Danielle Nelson, leading • Volunteer leadership requests unsuccessful • Volunteers will continue to offer huge support • Management is pledged to return to strategic plan to not have this be Danielle’s work
