  2. Someone has shared a file cabinet or folder with you in DocLanding. We thought it would be a good idea to give a quick tour of the basic features you may need to make the most of that share. Introduction

  3. In the email from donotreply@doccenterinc.comlocate the link at the bottom of the email and click it to go to the Account Set up Page. Setting Up Your Account

  4. Enter the appropriate Information to create your DocLanding account. Setting Up Your Account

  6. In order to see the file cabinet or folder that was shared, you will need to connect their POINT. Switching POINTS

  7. For the most part, people tend to organize their documents using folders within a file cabinet. Navigating

  8. Once you have located the file, you will want to Preview it. Previewing

  9. Or you may wish to download it. Downloading

  10. After you have previewed, you may wish to print the document. Printing

  11. Sometimes it’s faster to find the document that you are looking for by searching. Especially if there are a lot of documents in the File Cabinet or Folder. See the next slide for some tips about Searching. Searching

  12. A minimum of 3 characters is required for searching • A wildcard * is assumed at the end of the search text, you do not need to use one at the end of the text. • A search cannot begin with a wildcard * or a ? Searching
