  1. 巒大蕨活性成分之探討 • 巒大蕨Pteridium revolutum (BI.) Nakai全草鮮品80%含水甲醇萃取物,經由各種層析管柱及不同溶媒系統層析後,共分離出二十一個化合物,其化學結構根據核磁共振光譜及物理數據分析後,共分為四大類:包括四個酚性化合物:Tyrosol (1)、(S)-4-(2-Hydroxypropyl)phenol (2)、(+)-Betuligenol (3)、p-Cresol (4);四個木脂素類化合物:(+)-Balanophonin (5)、(+)-Pinoresinol (6)、(+)-(7S,7΄S,8S,8΄S)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-6- (3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane) (7)、(-)-Lariciresinol (8);九個倍半萜類化合物:(2S,3S)-Pterosin C (9)、(2R,3S)-Pterosin C (10)、(2S)-Pterosin A (11)、(3R)-Pterosin D (12)、(2R)-Pterosin N (13)、(2R,3R)-Pterosin L (14)、(2R)-Pterosin G (15)、(3R)-Pterosin X (16)、2-Hydroxypterosin C (17);四個單萜類化合物:1,2-dihydroxy-3,4-dehydromenthone (18)、(-)-(3R)-8-Hydroxylinalool (19)、(3S,6S)-2,2,6-trimethyl-6-vinyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-3-ol (20)、(3S,6R)-2,2,6-trimethyl-6-vinyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-3-ol (21)。此外,生物活性檢測方面,由巒大蕨分離出之21個化合物進行對鼠肌纖維母細胞 (Mouse myoblast cells;C2C12 cells) 葡萄糖攝取之評估,在濃度1 μM下其結果發現,化合物7 (120.46 %)、8 (131.38 %)、9 (128.20 %)、11 (116.73 %)、12 (109.69 %)、13 (116.27 %)、17 (145.18 %) 及18 (121.09 %) 具有促進葡萄糖攝取之活性,其中以化合物17之活性最佳。

  2. Studies on the bioactive constituents of Pteridium revolutum (BI.) Nakai • The fresh plant of Pteridium revolutum (BI.) Nakai was extracted with 80% aqueous methanol. By means of various column chromatographies and various solvent systems, twenty one compounds were isolated and purified. The structure of these compounds were elucidated by spectral analyses, including four phenolics : Tyrosol (1), (S)-4-(2-Hydroxypropyl)phenol (2), (+)-Betuligenol (3), p-Cresol (4) ; four lignans : (+)-Balanophonin (5), (+)-Pinoresinol (6), (+)-(7S,7΄S,8S,8΄S)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-6- (3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane) (7), (-)-Lariciresinol (8) ; nine sesquiterpenoids : (2S,3S)-Pterosin C (9), (2R,3S)-Pterosin C (10), (2S)-Pterosin A (11), (3R)-Pterosin D (12), (2R)-Pterosin N (13), (2R,3R)-Pterosin L (14), (2R)-Pterosin G (15), (3R)-Pterosin X (16), 2-Hydroxypterosin C (17) ; four monoterpenoids : 1,2-dihydroxy-3,4-dehydromenthone (18), (-)-(3R)-8-Hydroxylinalool (19), (3S,6S)-2,2,6-trimethyl-6-vinyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-3-ol (20), (3S,6R)-2,2,6-trimethyl-6-vinyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-3-ol (21).In addition, the glucose uptake activity of the isolated 21 constituents from Pteridium revolutum to carry on to the mouse myoblast cells (C2C12 cells) was evaluated in the concentration 1 μM. Results show that compounds 7 (120.46 %), 8 (131.38 %), 9 (128.20 %), 11 (116.73 %), 12 (109.69 %), 13 (116.27 %), 17 (145.18 %) and 18 (121.09 %) exhibited promotion glucose uptake activity, in which is best by the compound 17 activeness.
