Step 6– Checkout: Enter the campaign name • For sites using the Insertion Order (IO) system: The campaign name must match the customer name on the insertion order and include the insertion order ad#. This will ensure that Ad Operations can associate the ad/creative with the campaign scheduled. • For sites not using the IO system: Enter a campaign/customer name only. You do not have an ad # to associate with your PlaceLocal order, so do not include an ad #. Select You must agree to the terms of service agreement to proceed. Select Submit

  4. Generating the Ad Tag • After selecting “submit” you are automatically directed to the ad tag (aka invocation code) page. • You must download the appropriate ad size based on your insertion order. 6. Submitting the Ad Tag to Ad Operations When a PlaceLocal ad is “sold”, you will receive an e-mail with the customer name (and ad # for sites using the IO system) for your campaign. This must match the information in your insertion order for ad operations to properly connect the ad with the order. For sites using the Insertion Order (IO) system: Insert/paste the downloaded ad tag (as show on previous slides)within this e-mail and forward the email to Ad Operations (Fairport or New England). For sites not using the (IO) system: Insert/paste the downloaded ad tag (as show on previous slides) to the same e-mail with your insertion order. Once the campaign is live, you will see activity in the PlaceLocalinterface.
