  5. How Does This Work? Content sourced Used on-demand, in the classroom and beyond Stored on/ streamed from a server

  6. Dashboard • Each user can customize the Dashboard and change as needed • Selection of dashboard elements is user-specific. • Creation of elements is done by the System Administrator.

  8. MediaCAST Interface Tutorial Resources 1st-tier Tabs Find resources based on keyword 2nd-tier tabs determined by top tab selection and user rights. Categories based on search Dashboard (3 elements)

  9. Searching Quick Search field located top left of screen Results can be sorted by Run Time, Grade Level, etc. Reservations can be made when the icon is present. No icon means the resource is not limited

  10. Digital TV • Click the Digital TV tab. • Tune to any channel within the slider, at top. • If many channels are present, use the group links to navigate (i.e., OnLocation) . • Use the guide below to check on programming.
