  9. Day 1 Arrivals

  10. Arrivals Colours of Malta representatives will welcome the guests at the airport and lead them to 50 seater coaches, together with luggage on coach or a luggage van to transfer the luggage directly to the hotel. Transfer directly to the Hotel A fully licensedguide will escort the guests and give them a brief explanation of the history of Malta on the way to the hotel. ( Optional ) Arrival at the hotel and check in of the guests. A welcome drink will be offered to the guests upon check-in.

  11. Dinner 1. Paranga Restaurant Transfer from Hotel to location by 30 – seater coach ( If needed ) One of Malta’s best fish restaurants, Paranga is the ultimate seafront dining experience. Beautifully positioned overlooking St. George’s Bay, it is an upscale and stylish restaurant serving good Italian food and wine.

  12. Dinner 2. Razzett L-Abjad Transfer (20 mins) by 50 seater coach to Razzett L-Abjad, which is found in the heart of Malta. It is a typical Maltese Farmhouse with a unique setting and idyllic surrounding. This building is abundant in character and tradition, the reception area is cut in rock and formed part of the original stables. We will have a live buffet / cooking station with the chef cooking the food in front of the guests and then handing the food to the waiters who will come down to the people and serve it as family service  

  13. Day 2 Activities + Dinner

  14. Activity 1. GPS City Explorer An activity for those who love putting their hands on the latest gadgets! Our latest treasure hunt using the latest Tablets is a great event to tick the likings of many. Our City Explorer takes you on a magical mystery tour around Valletta whilst enabling you to enjoy a fun event with your colleagues and friends whilst seeing the sites. Participants are split in teams. After a briefing by our coordinators, teams set-off in a quest around Valletta to complete a selection of challenges and win points for their team. No more pens, clue books and maps, as teams use their Tablet to find their way to different locations, and once in the right spot they just follow the on-screen instructions and tasks. Only when your GPS verifies that you are in exactly the right location will your team be able to activate the hotspot and attempt the challenge!!

  15. Activity 2. Valletta Excursion A small guided tour will take place in Valletta where guests may view at first hand the majestic capital city, places of interest include the infamous St.John’s cathedral N.B The Cathedral closes everyday at 4pm, at 12pm on Saturdays and closed all day on Sundays

  16. Lunch 1. Trabuxu Trabuxu started life as a music shop owned by the Nani family, and the owner later turned it into a lounge bar popular for its delicious snacks and live musical entertainment. A restaurant serving a delectable selection of dishes in chic surroundings. Everything on offer is homemade and the emphasis is on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu includes soups, salads, stews, pasta and meats, as well as a lovely deli counter and daily specialities.  

  17. Lunch 2. Steat Bistro Inside a typical Valletta cellar, the separate lounge and restaurant areas are really nicely done up, with little intervention to the original features and added bits and pieces that are functional and used to light up and cool down the place.The menu is made up ​​from fresh ingredients every day and constantly changing depending on the season.

  18. Afternoon Shopping After lunch, free time given to the guests for them to walk through the city as they please. Given that Valletta is one of Malta’s main shopping hubs, guests can take the time do some holiday shopping whilst in the city.

  19. Dinner 1. Barracuda Restaurant Transfer by private coach to the restaurant. The Barracuda Restaurant has been earmarked with renowned and leading popularity for 25 years because its principal mission in operation continues to offer gastronomic a la carte specialties, with impeccable service, in an elegant and comfortable exquisite setting.

  20. Dinner 2. San Giuliano Restaurant At San Giuliano restaurant there is a beautiful view whether in the light of the sun or the silvery moon, a Mediterranean cuisine which includes antipasto, pasta, salads, meat and fish dishes.

  22. Activity OptionalTransfers Transfer options to Gozo: Guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing how to get to Gozo. A transfer by ferry entails a transfer by coach to the Northest part of the island, this normally takes up to 45mins. Guest then board the ferry which takes 20 mins to cross over to the sister island of Gozo.. For guests who do not wish to waste any time, a speedboat transfer may be organized from the hotel’s jetty. This kind of transfer takes up to 20 – 30 mins (this also depends on hotel chosen and ease of access to the jetty)

  23. Activity 1a. Jeep Safari On arrival in Gozo, all the delegates will board 5-seater jeeps to start of the safari. Enjoy the scenic views of Gozo while on a jeep safari. Led by our professional drivers, clients get to experience a true adventure. Clients will be given a briefing when they arrive in Gozo. The entire group will be split into convoys. Each convoy will operate individually yet in unison with each other. Local drivers will lead and tail each convoy.

  24. Activity 1b. Jeep treasure Hunt Clients will be met by the coordinator of the day where they will be briefed on the upcoming activity. The group will be split into teams of 5 pax and asked to climb aboard their jeeps. Each team will have to solve the riddles, get to the hidden locations, answer the related questions and collect treasures. They will get a chance to see Gozo’s incredible scenery, learn about the history of the island and bring their team together to be the most successful team of the day!

Lunch OptionalWinetastingafter lunch This estate offers an experience with a difference where guests will be in touch with nature and tradition, enjoying typical foods, wines and liqueurs with a touch of the Mediterranean sunshine. The owners’ late mother Carmena, better known as MENA, founded this estate back in 1971 when she used to sell her fresh fruit and vegetables to her clients directly from her garden, inviting them to pick their own purchase.

  27. Activities 2. Sports Activities Transfer by coach to Dingli Cliffs ( Malta ) The clients will meet near Dingli chapel and cycle all along the cliffs (west side) the route then heads towards Mtahleb, Bahrija, Kuncizjoni, Tas-Santi, Mgarr and finish in Gnejna Bay. At gnejna they will switch sport to kayaks where after being kitted up with bouyancy aids and paddles they will paddle towards golden bay, through majestic boulders and cliffs. This is a great activity will take you through some of the most dramatic scenery of Malta whilst giving your guests that breathe of fresh air and exercise that energises and gives a well-deserved boost! Lunch will be served at Agliolio

  28. Dinner Optionalvisit of Mdina Guests will walk through the narrow streets of ‘the silent city’, led by a guide, who will give a brief history of Mdina. Guests will then have a welcome drink by the bastions and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view before they make their way to the restaurant.

  29. Dinner 1. De Mondion De Mondion is an award winning and a flagship restaurant in Malta exemplifying the major steps that the local gastronomy scene has made over the past decade or so. Located within the gorgeous The Xara Palace Relais & Chateaux in Mdina, this roof-top restaurant is situated within a beautifully converted 17th Century Palazzo with simply amazing 180 degree views of Malta

  30. Dinner 2. Medina Restaurant Mdina is a medieval fortified city crowning a hill in the centre of the Island, commanding a magnificent view of the Island. This city is a place of many Palaces with an extremely peaceful atmosphere thus getting its name, the Silent City. At the end of the walk around in Mdina the guests will be offered an aperitif on the Mdina bastions. The panoramic view from the bastions is truly breathtaking. Dinner will be served in the restaurant Medina

  31. Day 4 Activities + Dinner

  32. Activity 1. Speed boat Hunt Not just your regular speed boat treasure hunt but this time with a difference!! Teams have to solve riddles to get to the mystery location, whizz from one location to the next collecting the necessary information. Our guests will be divided into 5 teams of 10 pax each.

  33. Activities 2. SailingRegatta A day at sea A skipper will; give a brief description on how to handle sails, ropes and briefing on sailing as well as first aid before guests race towards comino. The boat will cruise on the Mediterranean and stop at Comino (the blue lagoon) for swimming and relaxation. A light lunch is also included onboard (each boat takes up to 6 pax)

Lunch Baia Beach Baia Beach Club was the vision of two families who had for many years appreciated the natural beauty of the one of the islands truly unspoilt corners and wanted to share this with their friends. The inspiration for the beach club came from their travels around Europe and Asia. The concept is to provide a full service beach club in an idyllic location, with outstanding service, great restaurant serving local/fresh produce, and all the comforts of a home away from home

Comino & the bluelagoon on a Schooner with lunch on board 09:00hrs- A direct transfer from the hotel’s jetty, and sail towards the 3rd Maltese island of Comino, which is infamous for its crystal blue waters. The rest of the morning will be spent at the blue lagoon lounging and chillaxing in the sun. Lunch and open bar are included on board (direct transfers depend on access of jetty from the hotel chosen) Optional: DJ or Messeur onboard

  37. Dinner 1. PalazzoParisio Located within the Palazzo Parisio palace - A unique 19th century Palace in the ancient village of Naxxar. Described as a miniature Versailles, it is a glorious showcase of Maltese and Italian craftsmanship at the turn of the 19th century, with lavishly decorated ceilings, murals and frescoes, fine stucco work, magnificent antique furniture, rare paintings and extravagant gilding. Guests will be dining in the restaurant Luna di Sera within Palazzo Parisio

  41. 1. The Three Cities Excursion Check out and luggage identification at the hotel. The Three Cities offer an intriguing insight into Malta and its history.  Left largely unvisited, these cities are a slice of authentic life as well as a glimpse into Malta’s maritime fortunes. The Three Cities can rightly claim to be the cradle of Maltese history, as Vittoriosa, Senglea and Cospicua have provided a home and fortress to almost every people who settled on the Islands.Their harbour inlets have been in use since Phoenician times: the docks always providing a living for local people, but also leaving them vulnerable when Malta’s rulers were at war. As the first home to the Knights of St. John, the Cities’ palaces, churches, forts and bastions are far older than Valletta’s.

  42. 2.Excursion to Marsaxlokk + Wine Tasting Marsaxlokk is at the south-east end of the island and is memorable for the many colourful, traditional fishing boats called luzzu . The painted eyes on these luzzus are believed to protect the boats from danger. Tourists visit the town for the picturesque photo opportunities of the bay filled with colourful fishing boats, plethora of seafood restaurants and the very busy Sunday market that sells everything from fish, local produce and groceries to souvenirs, clothing and footwear. Planted in 1994 in Marsaxlokk, the Marnisi Estate was the first in the series of Marsovin-owned Estates specifically intended for the production of premium quality wines. The Estate is spread across 73.2 tumoli of land and is planted with over 50,000 vines, consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The yields from this Estate are low thus guaranteeing the highest quality and depth of character.

  43. Lunch Two and a Half Lemon Transfer by private coach to Vittoriosa. Set in the former Treasury of the Knights of St John in the city of ‘Vittoriosa’, one of the ‘Three Cities’ overlooking the Grand Harbour. The ‘Three Cities’ are a slice of authentic life, and a glimpse into Malta’s maritime fortunes. In the heart of this historic backdrop lies Two and a Half Lemon with its perfect mélange of Tradition mixed with contemporary design … historic vaulted ceilings dating back to the 16th century side by side with Malta’s leading design and trendy restaurant.
