  3. Karaniwan(Ordinary) Pormula: Ma+salitangugatang marker aktor. • Mabaitsi Joshua. (Joshua is kind.) • Mataasnalalakesi Ross. (Ross is a tall man.) • Malalimangasulnatubig. (The blue water is deep.)

  4. Katamtaman(moderate) Pormula: Medyo(karaniwan) si/angpaksa (topic). • Medyopayatsi Anna. (Anna is quite thin.) • Medyohinogangmangga. (The mango is somewhat ripe.)

  5. Masidhi( Intensive) • Ulitinangkaraniwanganyo at lagyannggitling at ilagayangpang-angkopna“-ng” kapagangsalita ay nagtatapossaisangpatinig. ( magkasing magkasimkasim “bait” )

  11. Kasing (2):EQUAL Degree of Comparison Kasing-/Sing-: Gamitinmoangisang “ng” at isang “ang” namganoun marker. Halimbawa: • Kasinggandangrosasangorkidyas. Salin Sa Ingles: Orchids are as beautiful as roses. • SintalinoniCheenesiElinore. Salin Sa Ingles: Elinore is as intelligent as Cheene.

  12. Di-magkatulad = Unequal Hindi Kasing/~m/~n means less Pormula: Hindi Kasing/~m/~n(Salitang-Ugat)ni/ngStandard of comparison si/angthe one being compared.   13. Mas= Higher degree Gamitin mo ang “Mas” + pang-uri. Mas = more, or better Pormula: Mas(karaniwanganyo[positive degree]) si/ang ____ kaysakay/sa (can also be kina/ samga) Halimbawa: . • Masmabaitsi Michael kay Jeff. Salin Sa Ingles: Michael is kinder than Jeff. • Mas mapayatangbabaesalalake. Salinsa Ingles: The woman is thinner than the man.
