RESUMEN EJECUTIVO Actualmente el Colegio Nacional de Educación Profesional Técnica cuenta con 232 unidades administrativas certificadas bajo la norma ISO 9001:2008, de las cuales 210 pertenecen al Sistema Corporativo de Gestión de la Calidad el cual es coordinado directamente por CONALEP (incluidas las siguientes unidades administrativas: Oficinas Nacionales, 25 Colegios Estatales, 183 Planteles y el CAST Coatzacoalcos; 17 unidades se encuentran certificadas de manera independiente correspondientes a la Dirección General de Nuevo León, al Colegio Estatal de Guanajuato y sus 15 planteles (16). Así como 5 CAST (Cuautitlán Izcalli, Guadalupe, Matamoros, Juárez y Tijuana).
