Gemini Centre for Advanced Robotics • Focus: • Modeling, control and design of advanced robots which can operate in demanding and open-ended environments incoperating a mix of capabilities for sensing, data analysis, processing, control and actiing and for communication and cooperation with people • Modeling, control and design of advanced production processes • Such systems are: • Maintenance and inspection robots • Underwater robots • Industrial robots • Cognitive robots • Cooperating systems • Swarms • Man-machine systems • Automated production systems
