I would like to set up our initial consultation for this coming Wednesday. We could meet at the Starbucks on Trenton Rd. Crossing at 11:00am. I would love to explain our different services , and see if we could be a benefit to you as you begin to plan your special day. We have been in business for 4 years and handle weddings and events of all styles and budgets. Our services vary from helping with pre-planning details to handling “Day Of” services, and much more.We can work out a plan you can implement on your own, or become more involved and help you with more detailed preparations. My job is to help you create your own signature wedding, with personalized details that reflect you & your fiancé's personality & style. The initial consultation is free of charge, and comes with a wonderful wedding planning guide with suggested timelines and calendar. I work with only the most reputable vendors, and am happy to make recommendations as you need them. Each vendor on my “Preferred Vendors” list has proven to provide excellent service. If you are interested in using a vendor that is not on my list, I will be happy to do some research and check their references to make sure they will be able to provide the quality service you will be expecting. About our Business • Making Planz has been in business for 4 years, and has maintained an excellent reputation with both clients and vendors • I am a Certified Wedding and Event Planner, licensed in the State of Texas • We are insured as a small business by Allstate Insurance • I belong to the McAllen Chamber of Commerce, Association of Wedding and Event Planners,and the National Association of Bridal Consultants • Wedding and Event Planning is a full-time job for me. I do the consulting, but also have a team available for “Day Of” services if needed. • Making Planz provides a variety of services: consulting, parties, “Day Of” services, destination weddings, pre and post wedding celebrations, anniversaries… • Services may be charged at an hourly rate, or as part of a package depending on each client’s needs. Services we offer: • We offer budget-friendly packages • Signature wedding/event themes • Provide event timelines • Coordinate out-of-town guests’ transportation & lodging • Use Preferred Vendors List/ many offer discounts • Review contracts for all vendors, coordinate “Day Of” services • Payment Options: cash, personal check, credit card Information regarding last minute changes, emergencies, cancellations, deposits, balance due, as well as our refund policy is available in detail on our website.

Pearl Wedding Consultant Package-$175 A great package for those who are just getting started, or are in need of just a little help putting it all together. • Up to 3 hours of consultation • Referral to reputable vendors & advice on contracts • Unlimited basic email & telephone questions (long distance excluded) • 10% discount on catalog invitations (optional) • Full payment required when signing contract

Emerald Wedding Directing Package-$500 • Perfect for couples desiring professional assistance ONLY on the day of their wedding • Review of all vendor contracts & confirmation of vendor services (1-2 weeks prior to the wedding day) • Assistance in developing a wedding day itinerary/timeline • Consultant’s services on the day of wedding ( maximum of 10 hours) • Wedding Emergency Kit • Management of wedding day itinerary, vendors, & wedding party • $200 deposit at time of signing contract, with balance paid in full on wedding day.

  7. Sapphire Wedding Directing Package-$500 This package is perfect for those needing full assistance with your wedding plans, but no wedding day directing services. FREE wedding planning binder with tip sheets, questions for vendors, worksheets & timeline guides, plus binder pockets for pictures, notes,color swatches, and contracts. Up to 10 hours of wedding consultation Referral to reputable vendors, review of all contracts and confirmation of vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day Assistance developing your wedding day itinerary/timeline FREE wedding style consultation One visit to your ceremony & reception venue prior to wedding *( travel charges may apply depending on location) Unlimited email and telephone questions (long distance excluded) 10% discount on canopy/tent rental (optional) 20% discount on catalogue invitations (optional) $200 deposit due at time of signing contract, with balance paid one week prior to wedding day

Diamond Wedding Coordination Package $975 to $1600 • All-inclusive wedding package! • Includes all the details of the Gold Wedding Consultation Package • Coordinator attendance & assistance at the wedding ceremony rehearsal • Coordinator services on the day of the wedding ( maximum of 12 hours) • Wedding Day Emergency Kit • Personal management of wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding party • $250 deposit due at time of signing contract with balance due on the wedding day.
