  7. My dogs bark all the time. Onomatopoeia • Sound words, words that have a sound.

  8. Buzzing bumble bees blew by me. Alliteration • Three or more words that begin with the same sound or letter.

  9. You’re in a tough pickle my friend. Idiom • Expressions that don’t mean literally what they say.
