1.  Projects CURRENT PROJECTS Mission Sustainability Mobius Foundation in partnership with the WION channel is taking the vision of the Indian Government forward with its new year-long initiative ‘Mission Sustainability- Population V/s Planet’. Overpopulation is among the most fundamental issues responsible for increasing global warming, deforestation, pollution, wildlife habitat loss, and accelerated depletion of natural resources.

The project prioritises reusing, recycling, and reducing products back to the society and environment in order to protect the earth from further disintegration. The project helps to close the loop as part of a cycle that encourages a better system for conserving biodiversity. The course focuses on educational NGOs, institutions, organisations, and universities as well as plastic sector SMEs and suppliers for OEMs.

3. International Conference on Sustainability Education (ICSE) 2021 The 3rd International Conference on Sustainability Education (ICSE) was organised on 9-10th September 2021 between 15:00 – 17:00 hrs by Mobius Foundation in partnership with some of the key environmental organizations, Climate Reality Project, UNESCO, Centre for Environment Education (CEE), Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE, Copenhagen), The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI), Earth Day Network, WWF India etc. International Conference on Sustainability Education 2020 And Forums One of the key outcomes of ICSE 2019 was to create a Forum for the regular exchange of ideas, experiences, and e몭orts across the network in order to carry the initiative forward. The 몭rst Forum was held on World Environment Day 2020 (4-5 June, 2020) through an International Webinar and School Principals Conclave with the theme “Sustainability Education In Covid Era”. On 11th July 2020, ICSE Forum 2 was held in conjunction with World Population Day 2020, with a webinar titled “Population And Sustainability In The Covid Era.” International Conference on Sustainability Education (ICSE) 2020 The Covid-19 pandemic has caused signi몭cant disruption in education, forcing approximately 1.58 billion children and youth to leave their schools. Several new and innovative online, virtual, and distance teaching learning initiatives are being tested as the new normal around the world, each

The challenge now is to mitigate as much as possible the negative impact of the pandemic on learning and schooling, and to build on this experience to get back on track to rebuilding the educational system. International Conference on Sustainable Education (ICSE) 2019 The international conference provides a global platform for world dignitaries, and intellects to address the current and emerging sustainability challenges and a need for Education for Sustainability (ESD), Climate Change Education (CCE) and Environmental Education (EE) in the current course curriculum. Project Aakar Project Aakar is aimed at tackling the problem of increasing population in India. Keeping in line with the Govt. Of India’s initiative to stabilize population, the program is designed to burst age-old myths, changing mindset and promoting the use of modern contraceptives among couples. Piloted in Uttar Pradesh, the program educates young couples on the importance of reproductive health and family planning.

5. Khushaal Parivar Diwas The Mobius foundation celebrates Khushal Parivar Diwas on the 21st of every month. The day is celebrated in sync with the UP government’s initiative of promoting family planning . The foundation organised camps at Trivediganj CHC and Kaisarganj CHC in Barabanki and Bahraich district respectively. The initiative has been a resounding success with couples and individuals showing eagerness to know more about family planning and contraceptive methods. Gyan Anant Vidyalaya As a Sustainable School we will organize the learning around the pre-requisites of identity, aspiration, engagement, and experiential learning: Students will be actively encouraged to cultivate their personal identity as global citizens who contribute to a sustainable future. Project Sanjeevani To commemorate World Environment Day, Mobius Foundation launched a mass tree plantation drive on 7th June, 2018 as part of Project Sanjeevani to increase the state of Haryana’s green cover. Over 5000 saplings were planted in collaboration with numerous schools, farmers, self-help groups, kisan club members, and NGOs in order to reduce pollution and carbon footprint. Individual groups are responsible for maintaining the saplings, which are then monitored by a structured monitoring system.

Mobile Health Camps Responding to the need for basic health facilities in the community, Mobius Foundation deployed 48 Mobile Health Camps in the remote areas of Sonipat and Panipat. The initiative successfully created awareness of healthcare and hygiene among farmers, women, youth, and students. Eco Toilets As per 2011 census, over 69.3% of rural households in India did not have a toilet. The Eco Toilet project was started to overcome open defecation problems and o몭er rural households access to adequate sanitation, clean water and proper sewage infrastructure. Eco toilets are a low-cost option for safe and hygienic sanitation. The self-cleansing toilets are low maintenance and require less amount of land to build.

7. FUTURE PROJECTS World Environment School Spread over a hundred acres across the beautiful hills of Coorg, the school’s focus is to build strong environmental and moral values among its students. In this endeavour, the school follows the International Baccalaureate programme to turn its students into global citizens. The curriculum also mandates social responsibility and has made mandatory the recycling & re-use of biodegradable products.
