  4. One peaceful day in Washington, D.C. there was an EVIL DR!! His name was Dr. Mad Money. Dr. Mad Money was a mean Dr. who always borrowed money and never paid it back. Not very many people liked this evil Dr. because he was a HUGE moocher. He made many people bankrupt and when the adults ran out of money he started borrowing from the little kids. Then soon it seemed that no one had money any more. But then, people started getting checks in the mail. They were from Dr. Mad Money!! The sun came out and everyone lived happily ever after… Not. The evil Dr. still raises his debt ceiling and borrows money without paying back.
