Shehearsabout a newplatform, poweredby DECO, whereallconsumerscan share informationaboutthepricestheypay for bottledgas. Sheimmediatelysees a place, 2,7Kmawayfromtheirhouse, wheretheycansave ~12% intheprice. As she’s a goodcitizen, shealsocontributes, introducingthemostrecentpriceinthatshop for otherpeers to compare.

KEY NUMBERS AFTER 5WEEKS • More than 85.000 visits • More than 1700 bottled gas shops in the systems, from which ~50% by the community • More than 4.000 prices in the system • Strong participation not only from consumers but also from sellers who spotted a business opportunity • Minimum price found has dropped in more than 50 cities of Portugal • In the beginning of the action, the minimum price in Lisbon was 24€ and after 5 weeks there were more than 15 sellers under that price
