  8. 2012FIELD VISUAL TEAM PLAN Store Visual Team Responsibilities • Executing all marketing promotions • Change out of promotional banners • Window Displays • In Store Marketing • Receiving / Sending VMD Materials • Floor Sets, Updates, Changes • Knowing product placement • Refreshing Floor • Replenishing Floor • Merchandising New Shipment • Store Visual Manager partnering with Store Manager to have efficient communication between both teams • Store Visual Manager trains the Store Visual Team • Store Visual Manager creates the Store Visual Team’s schedule • Communication with Area Visual Manager | District Visual Manager • Stores will contact Area Visual Manager unless there is no AVM • E-Mail and Phone Kevin Roux, Field Visual Manager

  10. 2012FIELD VISUAL TEAM PLAN Seasonal Floor Sets • Each Seasonal Floor Set (4): DVMs, DMs, and AVMs should be present • Within each District, DVM & AVM will perform the floor set at Visual Training Store and invite the VMs & Lead Visuals, in the area to execute & train on current floor set.
