Rowe Price recognizes the importance of identifying and recruiting top talent in order to achieve our mission. • Qualifications • Currently enrolled in an accredited M.B.A. program • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Marketing, public relations, or financial services experience preferred • Interest in marketing and/or financial services industries • Project management experience • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to influence others • Strong analytical skills for project analysis (cost/benefit, ROI, A/S, etc.) • The Position • T. Rowe Price is seeking strategic, creative, and high-energy interns to be a part of our marketing teams for the summer.  As a member of the team you, will lead a marketing program, initiative, promotion, or research project.  You will work with internal and external business partners, leading projects to help create or enhance new programs and services.  At the completion of the internship, you will be expected to make a formal recommendation and presentation to business unit leadership.   9. Program Highlights • Timing: • A 10- to 12-week commitment allows candidates to fully experience work life at • T. Rowe Price. • M.B.A. marketing interns may be based at Owings Mills or downtown Baltimore offices, depending upon the business unit location. • Impact: • M.B.A. marketing interns work on a current business challenge and design a strategic solution to be implemented in the following year. • T. Rowe Price managers provide exceptional guidance and support to interns in order to give them a valuable learning experience. • Exposure: • Lunches! Throughout the summer, interns have organized lunches with • business leaders across the firm. • M.B.A. marketing interns present their projects and recommendations to their respective business unit and to other senior management.

Rowe Price’s world-class marketing team is for you. You will develop new products, services, or initiatives and implement new marketing approaches. In this role, you will work with business partners, including IT, Operations and external agencies, on the most complex projects with high visibility and wide customer scope and impact. Our marketing managers work to understand business needs and translate them into marketing strategies that build relationships, maintain and increase the business, and generate assets.
