We are all members of a goodwill delegation and are ambassadors of our country. • Our speech, conduct and attitude will reflect on the group as well as all the people of Singapore. • Pupils must at all times exercise self-discipline and obey all instructions from the teachers.   5. DISCIPLINE & GENERAL CONDUCT • GENERAL BEHAVIOUR • Be appreciative. Do not comment unfavourably on the service you receive or make comparison with conditions in Singapore. • Eat your food. Host will be upset if you do not eat your food. • Participate in all activities as set in the programme. Do not pursue your own programme. • Cease all activities and return to your room to sleep latest by 10pm. • Check that your room is securely locked before you leave it and before you sleep at night.   6. DISCIPLINE & GENERAL CONDUCT • GENERAL BEHAVIOUR • You must attend to your own luggage, especially during embarkation and disembarkation. Always look around to ensure all luggage is taken with the group before proceeding to the next destination. • When in doubt, always ask. Do not act on your own initiative. • Boys are strictly NOT allowed to enter the girls’ rooms and the girls likewise are NOT allowed to enter the boys’ rooms AT ALL TIMES. • If you feel unwell, inform your teachers immediately. • If harassed, consult the tour guide or any of the teachers. DISCIPLINE & GENERAL CONDUCT • DO NOT.. • Carry things for strangers • Put your money in any check-in luggage • Wander off alone anywhere • Change hotel room or seats without the teacher’s permission • Leave the room in the evening without informing your teacher-in-charge • Admit any strangers into your room at any time of the day • Remove/damage any items from the hotel rooms • Buy anything from roadside stalls • Buy anything when getting up and down the coach • Show your money unnecessarily • Wear any jewellery on the trip Brought to You by: Transinex Travel

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHILE TRAVELLING TO MALAYSIA • BAGGAGE - For your own convenience, you are reminded not to carry more than one backpack/haversack and one sling bag • LUGGAGE TAG / CODE • Please your FULL name, address and home telephone number on the luggage tag provided. A luggage code will also be assigned to each couple / room - mate occupying the same room. This code will be clearly written on the luggage tag and will assist to speed up the check-in and checkout of baggage handling at each hotel. •   PASSPORT • You will NOT be holding passports unless passing the customs / immigration check-points (Singapore & Malaysia). Upon clearance at both the check-points, please hand your passports over to your teachers in-charge. All passports will be returned to you upon arrival in school. • VISAS • Visa is not required only for Singaporean & Malaysian. For other nationalities, please check with us for more Information. • VACCINATIONS • International health certificates for smallpox or cholera are not required. Only those of valid yellow fever vaccinations are required from travelers coming from infected areas. • CURRENCY • It is strongly recommended to change Malaysian Ringgit in Singapore.   9. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHILE TRAVELLING TO MALAYSIA • FOOD & BEVERAGE • Tap water is not drinkable in Malaysia. Please drink only bottled water or boiled water. • TIME ZONE • There is NO time difference between Malaysia and Singapore. Both countries is in GMT +8.-No DST • CLIMATE • Average temperature is between 21 C and 32 C. • LANGUAGE • Malay is the main language for Malaysia. However, Mandarin is spoken by majority of the Chinese, and dialects such as Cantonese and Hokkien is also widely used. English is also widely understood by the Malaysians as well. • WHAT TO BRING • If you are on medication, please ensure that you bring enough medicine to last you for the entire trip, as there may not be an opportunity to refill your prescription enroute. • Other recommended items are: • Skin moisturizer & lip gross • Foldable umbrella / rain coat / hat or cap • The general first aid kit such as elastoplast, panadol, airsick pills etc. • Shampoo / Conditioner Brought to You by: Transinex Travel

Kota Kinabalu National Park • Kinabalu National Park, about 90 kilometres from Kota Kinabalu, is one of the world's most significant natural environments. • The park is home to thousands of types of flora and fauna that are native to the area, and several hundred that are found only in the park. • The presence of Mt Kinabalu, the highest mountain in South-East Asia, is one of the contributing factors to the wide variety of animal, bird, insect and plant life found in the park. • Kinabalu National Park is also home to the world's largest flower, the Rafflesia, which blooms exceptionally rarely and then only for a matter of days. Kiuli River • The Kiulu River white water rafting is a trip that suits those seeking a moderately adventurous and relaxing trip. • The furthest rafting distance is 15 kilometers when the water level is high, and 7 kilometers of excursions at normal water level.
