  1. SWE Weekly Meeting November 13th, 2012

  2. Upcoming Events SWE Movie Night Where: The Student Center Theater When: Thursday, November 15th at 8:00pm. Come out and enjoy free popcorn, plenty of delicious candy, and an awesome movie! We will be showing Snow White and the Huntsman. All SWE members are invited as well as potential SWE members, so invite your friends! SWE Mentoring Program What: Bonding, Crafts, and Potluck....Oh, My! When: Friday, November 16th 5-8 PM Where: Student Center room 321 Calling all mentors and mentees! Join us for an evening of winter-themed crafting followed by a potluck dinner and hot cocoa. If you bring food for the potluck, you'll get an extra SWE point!

  3. More Upcoming Events T-shirt Design Contest When: Extended Deadline: 11/20 What: We would like to have a new SWE at Georgia Tech t-shirt! If you have an idea for a cool new design, email Lizzie at swecampus@gmail.comwith your design before Holiday Dinner! Every submission will earn you 1 SWE point, and the winner (chosen by the Exec Board) will be given 3 SWE points and a free t-shirt! Relay for Life When: April 6, 2013 Where: SAC Fields What: Fundraising event for cancer research. Survivors will be honored, and loved ones lost will be remembered. Teams will camp out overnight, with one member constantly walking the track. Sign up at relayforlife.org by the end of November to get a free cup. More Upcoming Events Success Series on Leadership When: Tomorrow 12/14 from 12-1 pm Where: Student Center Pine Room (near SWE Office) This leadership seminar will provide strategies for becoming a strong leader, analyzing differences in male and female leadership, and dispelling negative connotations of being a strong female leader. Email swecampus@gmail.com for info. Holiday Dinner Where: Takorea When: Tuesday November 20th from approximately 5:30-8:00PM This annual event will be held in place of our regular meeting and is an opportunity for our SWEsters to reflect back on the wonderful accomplishments of the semester. You MUST RSVP to go. Also, stay active because we will be looking at SWE points to make sure you have been involved this year.
