  1. 13th XBRL EU Day. Rome, 6 May 2014 European Multi-Stakeholders Platform on ICT Standardisation (MSP-ICT) Ignacio Boixo, XEU MSP WG Co-chair

  2. standards.eurofiling.info XBRL Europe has created a Task Force co-chaired by XBRL Sweden and XBRL Spain  to interact with the European Multi-Stakeholders Platform on ICT Standardisation(MSP-ICT), with the objective of promoting XBRL as “Identified Standard”, according to the REGULATION (EU) No 1025/2012.  The initiative was presented into the MSP-ICT meeting held on 13 February 2014.  Contact at info@eurofiling.info

  3. The strategy adopted is: Encourage national XBRL Jurisdictions to contact the appropriate representative of Member State and ask for their approval and support for the initiative . In parallel, XBRL Spain and XBRL Sweden will prepare the required XBRL Identification Submission Form, in consensus with the XBRL Jurisdictions, XBRL EU and XBRL International. Finally, the representatives of the Member States shall jointly submit the request identification of XBRL as an European standard. By giving maximum transparency to this initiative, as well as by informing the representatives of the national Member States and preparing a consensus, the co-chairs are confident in receiving  collaboration of all MSP-ICT representatives and stakeholders.
