Supported over 1200 translation maps to provide translation and mapping service for supply requisitions to, from, and in-between the military standard format (MILS), military and commercial user defined format (UDF), and commercial standard EDI and non-standard formats for data exchange. Process over two million transactions/transaction sets per day for all services, DoD agencies, and DLA’s 17,600+ vendors. IT Operations Center Fusion Middleware/WebLogic Provide operation support, system monitoring and customer support in both low and high side environments 24/7/365 from DLA sites in Ohio and California. We are central point of contact for matters concerning the heath and availability of the local, corporate and enterprise IT resources that comprise the DLA portion of the DoD Global Information Grid (GIG) Provide Oracle WebLogic Middleware support for multiple systems including AMPS, COPA, DDMS, MEBS and vAPPS. DLA Projects Logistics Data Gateway (LDG) Acquisition Support Office Provide a 10+ TB data warehouse environment, containing 3 Yrs. of transactional data, optimized for analytical processing and easy user access to DLA Transaction Services-managed data. Users can analyze data, create reports, track requisitions, monitor trends, and project future needs based on the true demands of the client. Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) products Informatica and SAP Business Objects Enterprise, along with customized scripting are utilized. Data is provided via various methodologies such as Crystal Reports, Web Services, and customized data formats. Provide technical support to the Program Executive Office (PEO) Investment Portfolio Management Acquisition and Operations oversight offices. Assist with development and maintenance of PEO policies, processes and procedures. Prepare, revise, and/or update required program lifecycle products and documents. DLA Business System Analysis Provide technical consultation to DLA Transaction Services personnel and make recommendations in many different areas, including: Administrative/Process Reengineering, Graphics Support, Personnel/Organizational Development, Portfolio/Program/Project Management, Research and Analysis, Security Accreditation Support, Systems Development Support, Technical and Functional Requirements and Services, Documentation of systems and procedures. Data Center Facility Improvements, Support to Audit Readiness. Audit Task Force (ATF) Assist DLA Audit Task Force in support of Audit Readiness and System Sustainment. We provide the cross functional teams with the Audit Program Manager, Business Process Consultant and overall audit Subject Matter Advisory Services. We assist in resolving identified deficiencies to access the audit readiness of DLA.

  9. DLA Projects Data Center Support DLA Operation Energy Apps Provide the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise, and solution related enabling products. IT Solutions include those capabilities, applications, software, hardware, and systems across the DLA IT J6 Enterprise. Support provided for information technology solutions, technical support, maintenance and sustainment; operations support; application development; maintenance and technical support; and lifecycle management. Provide technical support for DLA Energy Operational Energy Apps (OEA). The OEA applications are hosted on servers located at DISA Facilities. OEA is composed of both COTS and GOTS software applications. The PWS requires the support of Energy Procurement Support Tools. These tools provide a solicitation process for Bulk fuels and Post Camps and Station (PC&S) contract purchases. Our support consists of database administration, Web Administration, WebLogic Administration and Technical Documentation. Access Management Support Provide Information System Account Management support services to DLA Identity and Access Management programs. Provide Trusted Agent (TA) support for accounts. Review and process Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS)/System Access Requests for all levels of account creations/modifications. Use systems such as AMPS and DACS-RM (Document Automation Content Services – Records Management) to upload documents for auditability purposes, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Past DLA Projects Desktop Support DMLSS Task Orders At DLA we supported: Personal Computers (PCs) hosted at the DLA Transaction Services East and West locations; Product Integration Support; Network Operations Support; and Telecommunications Support. During the Windows 10 technology support we configured and distributed Thin, Thick and Zero Clients to the user base on time and within schedule. Help Desk & Programming for The Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) is an information technology system within the Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Solution (DML-ES) portfolio. The DML-ES portfolio provides a continuum of medical logistics support for the Defense Health Agency. DMLSS delivers an automated and integrated information system with a comprehensive range of medical materiel, equipment, war reserve materiel and facilities management functions Local Area Network Support Support is provided in the areas of analyzing, testing, designing, implementing and supporting new and existing LAN technologies enterprise wide at multiple DLA locations. High level design requirements for the backbone to include redundancy, maintainability and disaster recovery.

The call center employees assist the users in accordance to the training and guidance of the established call center procedures. On average our service desk employees handle over 43,000 tickets a month or over 530,000 tickets a year

Office of Personal Management (OPM) Human Resource Systems Help Desk • Support for: • Help Desk/Call Center Support • electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) CompTech’s Service Desk employees provide 24/7/365 call center & email support assisting the over 2 MM federal government employees across the globe with the eOPF web application. Our Service Desk staff assist users password support, basic use, compatibility issues and escalation based on ITIL principals. On average our service desk employees handles over 27,000 tickets a month or over 325,000 tickets a year.

On this contract we provide both engineering and software/simulation support for the Human Centrifuge and High Altitude Chambers.

Epidemiological Laboratory and Consult Service Support • Key Points • Data Accession and Laboratory Testing of Over 100,000 Samples a Month • Reference Lab Services Contributing to the CDC and WHO Disease Tracking for Issues like Influenza and Zika • Insect Etymology Support for USAFSAM Research We provide laboratory technician services for the USAFSAM clinical reference or medical entomology laboratory. Our Staff accessions and processes specimens throughout their test cycle for all four services, including 100% of the Air Force, 80% of the Navy and 40% of the Army. Under this contract we also perform entomology support including accessioning and processing Specimens for the DoD Global Influenza program including technical and administrative support of flu surveillance activities. Our IT services to this contract includes Support and administration for the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) data laboratory module and Data Innovations Instrument (DII) Manager server support.

This includes management of approximately 69 basic TOs and technical documents comprising an estimated 16,146 pages of various sizes, and engineering data illustrations

  20. TDSSE Support • JSTARS/C5 • Provides Technical Data sustainment of E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS). Supports the management of approximately 400 basic TOs comprising an estimated 100,000 pages required for the sustainment of JSTARS Air Force weapon system and commodities • Provides Technical Data sustainment of C5 Galaxy. Technical Data Services support consists of: • Approximately 450 TOs and 350,000 pages • Part number research on 3,800 Development Packages, 12,000 National Stock Numbers (NSN) and Part Numbers for the weapon system and commodities
