The Renaissance was a period of time between 1400 to 1600 AD in which Italy and northern Europe returned to classical ideas in an “age of awakening.”Classical architecture of Greece and Rome inspired the architecture of the Renaissance.Renaissance architecture was very symmetrical and proportioned carefully.

  4. Redentore Church The Redentore Church is located in Venice, Italy Designed by Andrea Palladio.

  5. Basilica Palladiana Andrea Palladio won the commission to redesign the Basilica when it collapsed. Originally, it was a 15th century gothic style building. Located in north eastern Italy. Transformation began in 1549 and was completed in 1617 after Palladio’s Death.
