Office of Volunteer Relations • Search for your record instructions: • Enter first name, last name and email • Click search • Choose “My Account” next to your record • An email will be sent to you to create your username and password • If it says your account is Active but you don’t know your username and password, contact Customer Service at 800.762.5646 or customerservice@ohiostatealumni.org
