DOA BadgerNet Fiber Grant BCN bandwidth issues Advisory Council advocating for more BB Use ARRA BB $$ to address issue Aug 2009 DOA filed $28.7 million grant to bring fiber to 467 CAI 74 of the state’s 426 school districts 385 of the state’s 470 public libraries 8 community colleges 3 IMT UPDATE

DOA BadgerNet Fiber Grant Grants very competitive; $7 requested for every $1 available After lengthy review, grant approved in Feb Grant to benefit all schools/libraries on BCN that have TEACH discount All public libraries - 20Mbps for $100/month All schools, CESAs, library systems -- 100Mbps for $250/month 4 IMT UPDATE
